Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Three Years Diploma or BE/B. Tech in relevant engineering streams. Final year students are not eligible.
- Nationality: Indian citizens, Nepalese or Bhutanese subjects, Tibetan exiles who arrived before January 1, 1962, or individuals of Indian origin from certain countries.
