• Family Limit: Only one member of a family can avail of the benefits.
• Government Employment: Not eligible if a government employee or a relative of a government employee resides at the same address.

2. New User: Click on “Login” and select “CSC- Register Artisans” to fill out the online application.
3. Fill Registration Form: Enter personal information, confirm no government employees reside at the address, and upload required documents.

5. Approval: Upon verification, receive a digital ID and Vishwakarma certificate.

Application Timeline

Loan Details

• Phase 1: Loan of ₹1 lakh, repayable in 18 months.
• Phase 2: Loan of ₹2 lakhs, available after repaying the first loan on time, repayable in 30 months.
• Interest Rate: Concessional rate of 5%, with an 8% interest rate covered by MoMSME.

Training and Toolkit

• Training: Basic training (5-7 days) and advanced training (15 days or more), with ₹500 stipend per day.
• Toolkit: ₹15,000 provided post-training for toolkit purchase.
